The first step in our process is getting to know you and have an intimate understanding of your needs and wants in a new home.
If you have not already purchased a lot, we will work with you to find one that will allow you to build your desired home.
If you already have a building lot, we will go over the size and style of home that you are able to build and how to best suite it to your needs.
Once we have approval to begin, we will start working with our design consultants to put ideas on to paper. Our team will collaborate with architects and engineers to draft your home and consult with you at every step of the process.
Once we have your sign off on the design plans, we will submit working drawings to the municipality to begin permit approvals.
At this stage we will consult with our contractors to complete a build schedule and provide you a timeline.
Once building permits are received, we will begin the project with site prep and foundation pour. We will collaborate with you at each step of the process.
